0.5% Gross Revenue Royalty over the Lodestone Iron Ore Project

The Lodestone Iron Ore Project is a large-scale magnetite project located in Western Australia’s established Mid-West iron ore province. It benefits from proximity to existing projects, sealed roads, grid power and the Mid-West rail network connecting the region with Geraldton. Its unique geology allows for the potential production of direct reduction grade magnetite concentrate at significantly coarser grind sizes that conventional magnetite operations.

Lodestone hosts an initial JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 110Mt at 33% Davis Tube Recovery, grading 69% Fe in concentrate, together with low levels of silica and alumina.

Table 1: Lodestone Project Mineral Resource by JORC (2012) Classification as at 11 June 2026.

Note: MRE reported in accordance with the 2012 Jorc Code. Figures are rounded to 2 significant figures and back-calculation simplification from the above tabulation will occur because of rounding. DTR MR + Davis Tube Recovery Mass Recovery. Conc + DTR concentrate. N & C BIF + North and Central Banded Iron Formation Zones.

Location

  • Tier 1 location in Western Australia

  • Established iron ore district

  • Proximal to current and historical iron ore producers

Infrastructure

  • Significant existing and underutilized infrastructure

  • ≈200km from the Port of Geraldton, accessibly by road and rail

  • Project is situated proximal to sealed roads and grid power

Unique Geology Provides Material Project Benefits

  • Unique ore characteristics potentially deliver a high-purity, high-quality magnetite concentrate at very coarse grind sizes

  • Coarse grinding allows for the use of a simplified, and lower cost, processing flowsheet relative to peers

  • Potential to produce direct reduction grade concentrate which commands a significant premium to benchmark fines iron ore

Mt Henry Gold Deposit
Immediate Resource Growth

  • •The current resource is based on drilling across only approximately 5km of the identified mineralised system

  • •Geological and geophysical work has defined a broader recrystallised magnetite system extending for approximately 25km of strike

  • •Infill and extensional drilling is currently underway to test approximately 15km of strike length
